Eating Foods Rich in Vitamins
Diet makes a huge difference when it comes to maintaining good oral hygiene. Simple adjustments in diet like adding dark leafy greens (such as spinach and kale) or adding more fibrous vegetables can work
wonders when it comes to dental health. Enhancing the number of micro nutrients in a diet will not only strengthen gums but also build tooth enamel.
Visit the Dentist Twice a Year
